IDSA Membership – Eligibility Criteria
- Any Direct Selling company operating in India for over one year must trade, manufacture, or distribute FMCG products.
- If the company only trades products, it must own the brand or have exclusive selling/distribution rights. If it manufactures products or services, it must fully own or control them.
- The company must follow fair business practices, comply with the Model Code of Ethics, and meet all Indian laws.
- The company and its promoters must be financially sound.
- It must agree to the Model Code of Ethics, pay the required fees, and submit all necessary documents with the application.
