Executive Committee
The Executive Committee comprises senior representatives drawn from the General Body, responsible for guiding the Association’s strategic direction, governance, and key initiatives. It drives the Association’s strategic priorities, oversees implementation of key initiatives, and steers industry advocacy and stakeholder engagement. The Committee works closely with members and partners to advance policy dialogue, strengthen industry standards, and support sustainable growth of the direct selling sector.

The Secretariat serves as the operational arm of IDSA, responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of the Association’s programs and initiatives. It supports the Executive Committee and Board in implementing strategic priorities, coordinating with members and stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication and advocacy. The Secretariat also manages research, events, policy engagement, and administrative functions to drive the Association’s objectives.
